The beauty of Italy in one magnificient city. The Duomo of Milan and Milan Cathedral, with its imposing and impressive architecture, stops every passerby. The light touches the marble statues, giving them life. The ceiling made of glass holds you still for a couple of minutes, just to admire the beauty. Milan, one of the expensive cities of Italy, defined by complexity, all day and all night crowded with tourists and locals.

Life around her. Playing with lights, day and nights. The portraits have as a concept the different stages of emotions of a person, in different enviroments. The color scheme goes from black and white, with vibrant colors, as turquoise, to warm tones. Strong colors, as seen in the 3rd and 8th photos, do not take the emphasis on the person, but help to built a complete imagine.

As John Ruskin said, “Mountains are the beginning and the end of all natural scenery”, these photos, taken on a 9 hour trip with the train, present the beauty, the stillness and the life of the Romanian mountain area. Lost roads into the woods, small houses and villages, the engagement between the nature and the nowadays world.
